Leisa is known for heart-first grit and dynamic industry experience. She’s been earning her stripes in real estate for over 20 years, standing out as a hybrid of ferocity-meets-compassion. Leisa founded Fresh in 2005 with a desire to be different. Through a people-first lens, she continuously pushes the standard on strategy, processes and team growth in order to create exceptional client experiences.
Her roots are in the Calgary real estate market, where she purchased her first home in the Beltline at the age of 21. Her love of this city and this industry is demonstrated both by the myriad of awards she’s collected over the years, and moreover by her ever-growing collection of clients who have become friends.

When Leisa’s not punching the clock you can find her power walking + talking (fanny pack in tow), booking her next trip (where no destination is off-limits), or pursuing her ever-evolving hobbies; recently it’s been a return to roller skating after a 31-year hiatus.
